No Returns or Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges
There are no returns or exchanges after delivery unless the product is defective or an error has been made by the studio in production or delivery.
Smooth Delivery
To ensure a seamless delivery process:
- Customers must attach a Google Maps link of the delivery location during the order process.
- If the "Ring the Doorbell" option is selected, the delivery person will hand over the package to household staff, a driver, or a family member. Both the location link and activation of this option are required to avoid delays.
Delivery Timings
- Deliveries are scheduled between 2 PM and 9 PM.
- During high-demand seasons (e.g., Ramadan, Eid Al-Fitr, and Eid Al-Adha), delays of up to two business days may occur due to increased order volumes.
- During Ramadan and Eids, delivery timings are adjusted to occur after Taraweeh prayers until 2 AM.
Gift Delivery Option
If the "Gift Delivery" option is selected, delivery will be coordinated with the recipient to ensure a suitable delivery time.
Default Delivery Process
If no specific delivery options are selected:
1. The delivery person will send a WhatsApp message to the customer.
2. If there is no response within 2 hours, the delivery person will call.
3. If the customer remains unresponsive, delivery may be delayed.
Design and Production Process
- Design and production will commence only after payment is completed.
- Customers are allowed three free design revisions; additional revisions will incur a 50 QAR fee per revision.
- For electronic invitations, customers may request two changes to dates or locations.
- No design modifications are accepted 48 hours after the design is delivered, except for date and location changes on electronic invitations.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions
- Orders will not be processed without agreeing to the terms and conditions by ticking the acknowledgment box.
- Orders will not proceed without reviewing and approving the production and delivery timeline.
Order Cancellations
- Before Design/Production Begins: The amount is non-refundable but will be retained as a voucher for future use.
- During Design/Production but Before Delivery: 70% of the amount will be deducted, and the remaining 30% will be issued as a voucher.
Non-Response to Delivery Agent
- If the customer does not respond within 8 hours, delivery may be delayed beyond one day.
- If no response is received within 48 hours, the order will be returned, and delivery will be rescheduled for a later date at the studio’s discretion.
Customized Orders
- Work on customized orders will begin only after receiving at least 50% of the total amount.
- Prior approval of the contract, terms, production, and delivery timelines is required before payment.
Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide accurate information (delivery addresses, contact details, and instructions). Delays caused by incorrect information will not be the studio’s responsibility.
Product Guarantee
If a manufacturing defect or error is identified, the studio will provide a replacement or correction free of charge.
Complaints Policy
Complaints regarding delivered products must be submitted within 7 business days from the delivery date.
Force Majeure
The studio is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or pandemics.
Confidentiality and Privacy
Customer information will be kept confidential and used solely for processing and delivering orders.
